Products bought on the Site are delivered in Metropolitan France FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES and all over the world. 

Your order will be delivered to you at the address which you indicated us during your order. 

The deadlines of treatment and expedition of your orders are about 10 to 15 working days (every day except weekends and holidays) + delivery deadline of the post office of Hong-Kong or the chosen Carrier.

This choice of delivery allows you to receive your parcel under 8 in 13 working days (Every day except weekends and holidays). After the confirmation of the expedition by e-mail.

We cannot be held responsible in case of delay in delivery, of their consequences either in case of loss of parcel caused by a third to the contract of transport or by your fact or because of an essential unpredictable and insuperable cause of a case of absolute necessity. 

In case of not receipt of a parcel, a investigation is led with the carrier and can set several days (ex: 30 days to the Post office HK). During this period, no refund or dismissal can be made. In reception of your parcel, we recommend you to verify the state of this one, if no part is missing and to indicate, where necessary, on the delivery slip and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied with your signature, any abnormality concerning them.

Without immediate complaint with reception to the deliverer, no complaint on the parcel and its contents, are not possible afterward.

For deliveries not SpeedPost, monitoring will be visible only to his departure from Hong Kong and on arrival in the country of destination.

You will have to pay any customs fees, some of the country of delivery.
